Simply divine! I had the most amazing dining experience at Dessance during my last visit to Paris. The non-vegetarian tasting menu was a true work of art, with each dish perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. The wine pairings were also excellent, and the service was impeccable. I was particularly impressed by the creativity of the chef(s). They took simple ingredients and transformed them into something truly special. For example, the pre-dessert dish which was a mix of avocado, aloe vera and cucumber was simply divine. And the fish dish coconut and kiwi was a symphony of flavors. The setting of the restaurant is also very special, a beautiful setting in the Marais district. The dining room is intimate and elegant, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dessance to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience in Paris. It is truly a hidden gem.

Great experience of great food with great service. The food in the fixed menu was creative, and the wine paring was nothing but a perfect match. Go there quickly before they get their well deserved Michelin star

We passed by this restaurant multiple times and it has been on our list for a long time. Last night we went there to try out their vegetarian tasting menu along with their wine pairing on the occasion on my partner’s birthday and it stayed up to its review. The dishes and the wine were explained really well to us and the food was to die for. Will definitely visit again!!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Desaance! We couldn't have been happier with the food, service, and ambiance! Everything, especially the food, was extraordinary! I would give 10 stars to the food if I could because he made the vegetarian food as wonderful and tasty in a French restaurant! Highly recommend for vegetarian, classy, multi-course dinner!
